Privacy overview
Two services, clearly separated.
The public Eric Driscoll Consulting website and the private Jupiter Classic application serve different purposes and handle information differently.
Public website
A static informational site.
This public website provides information about Eric Driscoll Consulting and selected projects. The site has no contact form, analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, or user accounts.
The pages do not ask visitors to submit personal information. The website is separate from the invitation-only Jupiter Classic application.
Private application
Jupiter Classic information.
Jupiter Classic is available only to an invited group. Depending on how an invited member uses the application, its data categories may include:
- Account information Information used to establish and maintain access to an invited account.
- Profile information Information associated with a member’s in-app profile.
- Trip participation Information used to coordinate group trip participation.
- Scoring information Information entered and displayed for team scoring.
Use of app data
Operate and secure the application.
Jupiter Classic uses application data to provide account access, support trip coordination and team scoring, send necessary transactional account messages, maintain the service, and protect the application and its accounts.
Transactional email is limited to account verification, password reset, and account-security messages. Jupiter Classic does not send marketing email and does not use purchased mailing lists.
